Villa Ocean Pool with Private Pool opens its doors this year! A completely new villa located in the heart of Tsilivi, offering all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
The villa is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The stairs lead to the first floor, where a second bedroom is located, with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a spacious terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, an outdoor dining area and private parking.
Villa Ocean Pool is suitable for 2 to 6 guests. It offers a spacious living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, independent air conditioning units, Wi-Fi, a storage room with a washing machine and private entrance.
Location
The property is just 100 metres from the bustling tourist centre of Tsilivi and 800 metres from the beach.
The wonderful long sandy beach of Tsilivi, with its clear and shallow waters, is perfect for families, whether interested in splashing around or doing parasailing.
Within the complex, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, tavernas and shops, offering modern and traditional entertainment, from cabaret to karaoke. Our villa is located just behind the main street!
This area is also perfect for exploring the northern part of the island, home to the famous Shipwreck Beach (Boat Beach). You can also easily reach the beautiful and protected beaches of the southeast, towards Gerakas, where caretta-caretta turtles lay their eggs.
