Located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Santa Maria del Camí, Finca Siscelis 063 combines the charm of an authentic Majorcan house with all the necessary comforts to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.
Surrounded by nature, with a plot of approximately 7,000 m² and spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana, this estate is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking privacy, rest and a well-connected location.
The dwelling, of approximately 160 m², is distributed over two floors and has 4 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the other three bedrooms are equipped with single beds. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor, offering a comfortable and practical distribution for all guests.
The house has a total of 3 full bathrooms: the en suite bathroom and two additional bathrooms, one on each floor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the others have showers.
The interior spaces are spacious and welcoming. The living room offers a comfortable area for relaxation, with sofas, satellite television, fireplace for the cooler months and WiFi connection throughout the property. The dining area is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking during your stay.
To ensure comfort throughout the year, the property has air conditioning in all rooms and central heating, making it a perfect option for both summer and off-season getaways.
Outside, the estate invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Die Finca hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage.
Wir konnten zu Fuß in den Ort gehen, und die örtlichen Restaurants besuchen.
Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert.
Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, um einen Urlaub mit sechs Personen zu genießen.

Die Finca liegt wirklich schön. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wirklich nette Restaurants (auch Take away) in der Nähe (auch zu Fuß erreichbar). Leider ist die Küche sehr alt und besonders gestört hat uns, dass die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht oder nur schlecht funktioniert hat. Der Eigentümer hat zwar versucht nachzubessern, allerdings war der Agentur schon vorher bekannt, dass die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht richtig funktioniert. Für drei Familien alles abzuwaschen, ist insbesondere im Urlaub nicht unsere Vorstellung gewesen. Etwas sparsam wurden auch Handtücher und Geschirrtücher bereitgestellt. Hier würde ich als Vermieter viel großzügiger sein, denn in jedem Hotel bekommt man mehr frische Handtücher. Ein Handtuchwechsel in 14 Tagen ist meiner Meinung nach zu selten. Dass der Müll selber entsorgt werden muss, ist in der Infobroschüre beschrieben. Allerdings waren die benötigten Müllsäcke zur Mülltrennung nicht vorrätig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen, lediglich die beschriebenen Mängel wären leicht zu verbessern.
