Nothing - The property was great! Only tiny issue was some floor tiles were cracked and falling apart just outside the back door.

The villa was well equipt with everything you could want for a perfect holiday and comfortable stay. Within easy reach (5-10 min walk)of local bars/ restaurants and the marina of Cala n Bosch. Great location for exploring other local towns too. Masee more

Mauter villas made the booking, checking in, and checking out process seamless, and were on hand throughout our stay should we need any assistance which was reassuring.

Villa was exactly as described and had everything you could possibly need. The outside pool table was a big hit and there is also a table tennis table as well as a lovely pool. The villa is on a good sized plot and felt very private in a quiet area bsee more

The villa is on a good sized plot and felt very private in a quiet area but within walking distance to everything you need. Mauter villas customer service was excellent and they even helped to find us a room for the day as late check out was not available due to new guests arriving but our flight wasnt till 10pm.
