On the first floor you will find another living room with sofa and television, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa has a private pool, several areas with tables and chairs, and enough space to relax and enjoy the good weather.

For greater comfort, the house has air conditioning on the porch, in the living room on the upper floor and in one of the bedrooms, as well as cold/heat air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the year. It also has high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for teleworking or enjoying an excellent connection during your stay.

Located in Ariany, in a quiet area of the interior of Mallorca, the villa allows you to enjoy the calm of the island without giving up good access to the northern beaches and other points of interest.
