You will find rest and relaxation in this holiday home in the popular resort of Can Picafort.
The beach is only 150 m away and all services are within easy reach, as shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are close by.
The house is divided into two floors and offers living comfort for 6 people on a living area of 135 m².
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cosy living and dining area. The 3 bedrooms ( 1 x 1 double bed, 2 x 2 single beds) as well as the bathroom with tub are on the upper floor.
There is air conditioning in the living/dining room as well as in the hallway in front of the three bedrooms.
The house offers you a terrace in front of the house, a balcony on the upper floor and a garden to the back, where comfortable garden furniture is ready for you to take your meals outside or just to enjoy being together.
The holiday home directly by the sea for the perfect holiday.
IMPORTANT:

Check in und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und einfach, bis auf das irgendwann als wir weg waren unangekündigt ein Handwerker im Haus war den wir dann bei der Rückkehr antrafen. Wenn es draußen heiß ist ist der Wohnraum unten ganz in Ordnung klimatisiert. Bei den Schlafzimmern oben ist es dann jedoch sehr warm und die Klimaanlage im Fluor hilft nicht.

Die Küchenutensilien waren alle schmutzig und haben teilweise gestunken. Kaffeemaschine war unbenutzbar und Espressokocher war geschimmelt. Warmes Wasser ging nur wenn die Dusche lief und man musste die Sicherung ständig raus und rein machen, damit esee more
