This beautiful townhouse offers you a successful combination of tradition and modernity on 250 square metres and is divided into several floors:
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holiday. Furthermore, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and with bathroom en suite.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another one with a double bed . Also these bedrooms have a bathroom en suite.
A few steps lead to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en suite bathrooms.
The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cosy winter evenings.
Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. From here you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days. There is also an outdoor toilet.
From the roof terrace you have an unforgettable view over beautiful Artá!

The spa wasn’t working well. There was a water leak in the kitchen from the bathroom above which you were aware of and somehow didn’t fix from before or inform us that it was there.

Great location when in Mallorca. Arta is very quite town at night with lots to do during the day, and close enough to main beaches (20-25 min taxi rides). Decent restaurants, but with some quick research you can find great ones outside the tourist sqsee more
Great location when in Mallorca. Arta is very quite town at night with lots to do during the day, and close enough to main beaches (20-25 min taxi rides). Decent restaurants, but with some quick research you can find great ones outside the tourist square within walking distance. One of the best parts is the short distance between the house and grocery store allowing daily trips to grab anything you may wantfeel like for the day. There is also a farmers market on Tuesday which is an amazing morning activity which offers some great local food, jewelry and much more.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit den 11 Personen unserer Familie (4 - 78 Jahre). Das Haus ist in sehr zentraler Lage, so dass sich alles fußläufig erreichen lässt. Das Stadthaus verfügt über einen schönen Innenausbau. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer in den oberen Geschossen sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Je nach Temperaturen nutzt man den Patio oder die Dachterrasse mit netter Aussicht über die Dächer. Leider konnten wir bei Ankunft das Bade-und Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss wegen starker Stockflecken und entsprechenden Geruchs nicht benutzen. Dies wurde nach 3 Tagen mit chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmitteln behandelt, so dass wir uns auf 4 Schlafzimmer zusammengerückt sind (es gab ein Beistellbett).Wenn alle 11 Personen zusammensitzen wollten, musste man die Stühle zwischen den Terrassen und den Essbereich etwas umverteilen.Der Parkplatz war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, am Haus konnte problemlos ein- und ausgeladen werden.

La cucina è ben attrezzata, ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e il grande tavolo all’esterno, ma riparato, è perfetto per le cene in compagnia!! La piscina è piccola, ma davvero un gioiellino!Non c’è il parcheggio nella casa, ma a pochi passi c’è un parcheggio pubblico, anche il supermercato è raggiungibile a piedi e diverse spiagge stupende sono raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti circa di macchina. Il servizio dell’host è stato ottimo: gentilezza e velocità! Nelle strette stradine di Artà questa splendida casa è davvero una bellissima sorpresa! Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Die Immobilie im Herzen von Arta konnte grundsätzlich die versprochene Verbindung von Historie und Moderne herstellen und die Wertigkeit des Umbaus des Hauses und des schönen Innenhofs entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Da wir als Firma eine Workation gemacht haben, war es für uns wichtig, dass jeder Teilnehmer seinen eigenen privaten Bereich hatte. Mit den ensuite Bädern zu jedem Zimmer war das möglich.

Leider gab es einige Dinge, die nicht so funktionierten, wie erwartet: 1. Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber schnell ausgetauscht2. Pool funktionierte sowohl von der Heizung als auch hinsichtlich der Filteranlage nicht. Der erste Techniker hat versee more
Leider gab es einige Dinge, die nicht so funktionierten, wie erwartet: 1. Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber schnell ausgetauscht2. Pool funktionierte sowohl von der Heizung als auch hinsichtlich der Filteranlage nicht. Der erste Techniker hat versucht, die Anlage zu reparieren, allerdings hat das nicht funktioniert.3. Die Wasserversorgung wurde in den ersten Tagen immer kurzzeitig unterbrochen, am dritten Tag fiel die Versorgung um ca. 15:00 Uhr komplett aus. Nachdem wir alle Anweisungen aus den Betriebsanleitungen versucht hatten, haben wir um 15:50 Uhr den Schaden gemeldet. Nachdem wir nochmal alle Anweisungen aus den Betriebsanleitungen abgearbeitet hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kurzfristig ein Techniker vorbei kommen sollte, dieser war um 18:00 Uhr noch immer nicht da. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das während unserer Abwesenheit ein Techniker den Schaden repariert hätte, allerdings war um 23:00 Uhr bei unserer Rückkehr noch immer kein Wasser vorhanden. Nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme kam dann nochmal ein Techniker, der die Anlage bedienen konnte: um ca. 00:15 Uhr war die Wasserversorgung wieder hergestellt. Des Weiteren war im Kühlschrank an den Auflagegittern Rost und in zwei Bädern war Schimmelbefall, da das Duschwasser aus den darüber liegenden Bäder nicht richtig abfloss...Im direkten Umfeld des Hauses wird aktuell viel gebaut mit viel Lärm.Insgesamt haben diese Schwierigkeiten dazu beigetragen, dass wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen werden.

Die Immobilie im Herzen von Arta konnte grundsätzlich die versprochene Verbindung von Historie und Moderne herstellen und die Wertigkeit des Umbaus des Hauses und des schönen Innenhofs entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Da wir als Firma eine Workation gemacht haben, war es für uns wichtig, dass jeder Teilnehmer seinen eigenen privaten Bereich hatte. Mit den ensuite Bädern zu jedem Zimmer war das möglich.

Leider gab es einige Dinge, die nicht so funktionierten, wie erwartet:
1. Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber schnell ausgetauscht
2. Pool funktionierte sowohl von der Heizung als auch hinsichtlich der Filteranlage nicht. Der erste Techniker hat vsee more
Leider gab es einige Dinge, die nicht so funktionierten, wie erwartet:
1. Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber schnell ausgetauscht 2. Pool funktionierte sowohl von der Heizung als auch hinsichtlich der Filteranlage nicht. Der erste Techniker hat versucht, die Anlage zu reparieren, allerdings hat das nicht funktioniert. 3. Die Wasserversorgung wurde in den ersten Tagen immer kurzzeitig unterbrochen, am dritten Tag fiel die Versorgung um ca. 15:00 Uhr komplett aus. Nachdem wir alle Anweisungen aus den Betriebsanleitungen versucht hatten, haben wir um 15:50 Uhr den Schaden gemeldet. Nachdem wir nochmal alle Anweisungen aus den Betriebsanleitungen abgearbeitet hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kurzfristig ein Techniker vorbei kommen sollte, dieser war um 18:00 Uhr noch immer nicht da. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, das während unserer Abwesenheit ein Techniker den Schaden repariert hätte, allerdings war um 23:00 Uhr bei unserer Rückkehr noch immer kein Wasser vorhanden. Nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme kam dann nochmal ein Techniker, der die Anlage bedienen konnte: um ca. 00:15 Uhr war die Wasserversorgung wieder hergestellt. Des Weiteren war im Kühlschrank an den Auflagegittern Rost und in zwei Bädern war Schimmelbefall, da das Duschwasser aus den darüber liegenden Bäder nicht richtig abfloss... Im direkten Umfeld des Hauses wird aktuell viel gebaut mit viel Lärm. Insgesamt haben diese Schwierigkeiten dazu beigetragen, dass wir diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen werden. |

Prachtig appartement , mooi opgeknapt en erg netjes. Je verwacht in deze smalle straatjes niet zo’n ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Kapotte koffieapparaat werd binnen paar uur vervangen….top!
