Villa Las Terrazas with private heated pool and very large terrace with views of the golf course. It is located in the Salobre Golf complex and only 8 minutes from Maspalomas Beach and Playa del Inglés.
This beautiful house with its own style, has a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor. Through its large sliding doors, you access a large terrace that allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains. It also has a full bathroom.
On the main floor there are a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, a living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area. It stands out for its fabulous private heated pool (5x3x1.6m), surrounded by a wooden platform and 4 comfortable sun loungers. In addition, it houses a relaxing outdoor dining area with a dining table and outdoor chairs.
This fantastic private villa is equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, safe and everything necessary for the guest to feel as comfortable as at home.
The complex has a golf course, private security 24 hours with security control at the entrance, children's entertainment area, supermarket and restaurants.
There are cots and high chairs available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. The cot and high chair will be upgraded only on request.
The heated pool has an extra charge of 25€/day, maximum 27 ºC
