Enjoy an Apartment of about 55 square meters in a quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist area and just 8 minutes by car from some of the best beaches in the South of the Island, Maspalomas Dunes, Supermarkets, Centers Commercial, Hospital or Leisure and Restaurant places.
This apartment has a room with views of the mountains and the sea, from where you can appreciate a beautiful sunrise.
It has a bathroom as well as a living room with views of the pool and gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for the perfect vacation.
It also has a flat screen TV with access to your Netflix and satellite account with channels in different languages.
It has a private terrace where you can have breakfast or have any meal of the day outdoors.
During the fruit season, completely organic Mangoes and Sleeves from the farm itself are offered free of charge to the customer.
The Gardens and Pool area is shared with 3 other apartments.
The Pool is Saltwater and is located among beautiful gardens with comfortable hammocks and a resting place among the harmony of a totally Buddhist-Asian decoration.
On site we offer a Barbecue Area (paid)
It has Private Parking, Maximum Speed Wifi and Washing Machine.
The Airport is 30 minutes by car from the place. (We offer payment transfer).
It is completely PROHIBITED to have parties in the place or invite people not outside the Reserve.
