Description
Welcome to this beautiful village house in Petra. Here you will be far from mass tourism and above all you will find peace and relaxation.
This typical Mallorcan house has its history, as it was the bakery of the village. You can still see the original ovens that were used to provide bread to the villagers.
The house consists of 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms (double bed 135x190 cm, 2 single beds of 90x190 cm) for 4 people. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, as well as one of the two recently installed bathrooms with a shower.
You enter the house through an imposing corridor, from here you enter the living room with TV and WiFi. Also on the ground floor is the large fully equipped kitchen with dining room and TV. From here you can reach the inner courtyard where there is also a dining table
On hot days you can cool off in the pool and sunbathe. There is also a barbecue available for guests.
On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunset in a cosy chill out.
Here you can really relax!
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Our stay in Casa es Forn was really nice, we are a family of 5 (3 children age 6, 3 and 1,5) and this property was perfect for us.The property has a lot of space inside, good kitchen with everything you need, bathroom downstairs and upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 queensize and 2 single beds) and we had a really nice baby cot.Downstairs a great living with more then enough space to relax!Outside there is a nice tarrace (up and downstairs) with BBQ and good furniture.The swimming pool is in the back of the garden on an elevation with a fence on the edge which was perfect for our youngest.The town Petra is really quiet, grocery store around the corner and a few nice retaurants.Thanks we had a nice stay!

Es war zu heiß im Juli in der Stadtwohnung ohne Meeresluft, da im Landesinnern, Bett war nur 1,35 x 1,9 m groß, obwohl genügend Platz im Zimmer für größeres Bett wäre, daher getrennt geschlafen, Treppe mit unterschiedlich hohen Stufen schwer zu gehen/,mühevoll, viel zu wenig Geschirr/,Besteck, um die Spülmaschine nützen zu können, bei mehr als 2 Personen nicht sinnvoll, es gab keinen Zucker, Pfeffer, Salz, Öl, Essig, Kaffee im Vorrat, obwohl die Gäste alle per Flug nach Mallorca kommen, nicht mal ein leerer Salzstreuer war da, keine Eierbecher, im 1.Stock vor dem Schlafzimmer war eine große Stufe nach unten, was gefährlich ist beim Verlassen des Zimmers, selbst im Schlafzimmer war neben dem Bett eine große Stufe nach unten zum Fenster, also 2 Ebenen im Zimmer, dies ist unfallgefährdend, die Qualität der Fenster in den Schlafzimmern war zu schlecht, um ruhig zu schlafen, da an einer gut frequentierten Straße (Einbahnstraße einspurig) gelegen und gegenüber eine Bankfiliale, bei der auch nachts der Geldautomat angefahren wurde

Wir sind uns der hohen Temperaturen im Sommer bewusst und wir wissen, dass es nur im Wasser schön ist :) Das Küchengeschirr im Haus wurde überprüft und was fehlte, wurde nachgekauft. Aus Gründen der Lebensmittelsicherheit (Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien) wird nichts im Haus gelassen. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, Sie als unsere Gäste zu haben, wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute. |

Une location à recommander, tant pour son emplacement qui permet d'irradier facilement sur toute l'île, que pour sa qualité, grand, avec les chambres climatisées, la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir avec les enfants, ou la terrasse solarium pour observer les étoiles le soir !Une seule info manquante sur l'annonce, la taxe de séjour à régler à part d'air bnb, à savoir pour surveiller les mails.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus in Petra war sehr sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr groß und offen und wuuuunderschön eingerichtet! Es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und der Hinterhof ist das beste. Je nach Wetter und Sonnen kann man entweder auf dsee more
Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus in Petra war sehr sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr groß und offen und wuuuunderschön eingerichtet! Es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und der Hinterhof ist das beste. Je nach Wetter und Sonnen kann man entweder auf der Dachterasse oder im Innenhof sitzen. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell sehr wohl. Petra selbst ist sehr klein und etwas abgelegen dafür aber wunderschön. Es gibt einen großen Platz auf dem man essen gehen kann und Mittags die Fahrradfahrer beobachten kann, welche durch den Ort fahren und hier eine Pause einlegen. Die Architektur ist sehr spanisch und man ist vor allem von Lokals umgeben.
