Spacious, modern holiday home with pool and roof terrace
Designed in a minimalist, Mediterranean style, with large open spaces and plenty of light.
This modern village house can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living / dining area with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
Also on the ground floor there is 1 shower room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite, are located on the first floor, the 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor.
In the well-kept outdoor area there is a pool of 5x3 meters with deckchairs and a beautifully furnished terrace of 100 square meters.
The house also offers toys for the children, a table tennis table, a pair of bicycles, a roof terrace with views over Muro and a barbecue.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- Air conditioning included, although if there is excessive use it will be charged at €0.25/kW.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, all guests are required to show ID before entering the house.

The house is spacious bright, quite and airy.
We loved this house in all the possible ways. The owners are lovely, we could feel how they take care of his house.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the beds very comfortable.

We loved this house in all the possible ways. The owners are lovely, we could feel how they take care of his house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the beds very comfortable. Cleaning was also spotless. Muro is a quite area in august, we hired a car and it was no longer than 15 minutes to muro beach, alcudia beach, restaurants, shops, also next to Muro there's a little village Llubí, we enjoyed dinners there, we went there twice during our stay. In conclusion... everything great. If we come back to Mallorca, for sure we will rent this house again. Thanks to the owner and agency. Best regards. |

Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo dobra opieka, dom piękny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony od dodatkowych ręczników plażowych, sprzętu plażowego parasoli zabawek dla dzieci po koszyk powitalny i produkty czekające na nas na kolację. Basen czysty i see more

Bardzo dobra opieka, dom piękny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony od dodatkowych ręczników plażowych, sprzętu plażowego parasoli zabawek dla dzieci po koszyk powitalny i produkty czekające na nas na kolację. Basen czysty i zadbany. Dom w pelni przygotowany na przyjęcie gości. W tygodniu niespodzianka w formie pizzy samodzielnie przygotowana przez właściciela. Bardzo polecam okolica cicha z pięknymi widokami. Garaż i teren do pełnej dyspozycji.
