Here you will find a successful blend between tradition and modernity. The character of this generous estate has been preserved as much as possible, however, one must not renounce the comforts of modern equipment.
This estate is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature.
This fantastic estate is located between the villages of Campanet and Pollença and offers 280 m2 of living space for a maximum of 10 people.
Upon entering the house, you enter the comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and, of course, Internet/WLan. In the evening you can relax in front of the fireplace. Just next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The house has 5 bedrooms (3 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (1x corner bathtub, 2x shower) prepared with great care for 10 people.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned.
The spacious outdoor area is also spectacular. On the 11,500m² property, the 9x4m pool awaits you and offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. The cosy sun loungers are already waiting for you. On the distributed property, there are many different seating areas where you can relax and let nature affect you. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue is also available for delicious barbecue nights.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- Heating cost: 20.00 Eur/Night depending on consumption
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Beautiful Finca in a lovely setting

The finca was very attractive with a mature garden and lovely pool area which our grandchildren loved. The views of the mountains were lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area and large terrace for eating outside. Plenty of parking space for threesee more

There was no basic provision of soap in the kitchen or bathrooms. No cleaning materials or cloths, apart from 2 tea cloths. We felt this was a bit inadequate. Also only bath & hand towels provided although we had been told there were pool towels.

What an incredibly nice place this is. Hidden among well-maintained vegetation. With a luxurious swimming pool with excellent water quality (I know it professionally). The location is at the foot of the mountainous area. Because of this there are beautiful views and enchanting small roads. Picking up the key went through a key safe at the gate. This meant that we didn't have to pick up the key elsewhere first. This is nice. The reason is probably because this house is rented out by a professional party. By the way, only praise for Antoni Mallorca Charme Home Rentals. They responded quickly to questions and provided us with more than enough information. The house offers everything you expect. From dishwasher to internet with very high speed. We tested it at 60Mbps up and 70Mbps down. In short: don't hesitate. Just book.

Pros: great pool (though very little shade) and big garden, 5 bedrooms, AC across the house which in Aug was very welcome, checked in early at 2.30pm.Cons: interior is dated, house needed a deep clean, showers all pooled water, lacks basic necessities like hand soap, dishwasher liquid (they left 4 tablets for the dishwasher but nothing to clean pots and pans with), no washing detergent (not even for 1 load), no salt/pepper/oil (really basic stuff that I have found in every other airbnbs). We left a lot of basics that we asked the owner to pass to other guests as they would have made a big difference to our stay.Unfortunately I would not return.
