This finca with swimming pool is located in a quiet area between Alcudia and Pollensa, has stunning views of the mountains and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is the perfect holiday choice for families and cyclists alike. This beautiful private finca has lovely gardens to relax in and a place for children to play. The swimming pool has access through a gate for parents' peace of mind. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area and space to enjoy a pleasant evening.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub. There is a large living room and a large terrace with a kitchen and a big table where you can enjoy pleasant meals together.
The beaches of Sa Marina or Puerto de Alcudia are about 6 km away and in Alcúdia you will also find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, activities for children.... You can't miss the market on Tuesdays or Sundays, the historic centre, the city walls or the Roman city of Pollentia.

Inside, the rooms were adequately sized and nicely decorated, with plenty of toys and activities to keep the kids entertained. The garden was beautiful, and the pool offered stunning, unforgettable views of the mountains and grazing sheep. |

Also, the couches remained damp throughout our stay, which was uncomfortable and quite cold during the cool October nights. With some renovations and better maintenance, this property could truly be a wonderful family getaway.
