A lovely Cottage in Alcudia close to the bay.
Finca in Alcúdia, near the village, can accommodate up to 4 people.
The house, of 110 m² of rustic and cosy character, offers a lot of privacy and views to the mountain and the garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a wood fireplace, a separate kitchen with ceramic hob, a full bathroom and two bedrooms make up the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shadows and tables to enjoy the peace and quiet. A barbecue area and another room with bathroom, attached to the main house, complete the accommodation.
The adjoining room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is completely fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.

The pool and outside area was great to relax in and there's a lot of space. Theres a storage room on the side which we could leave out bikes in overnight and two bathroom made everything easy for the 7 of us. Finding the villa was hard and took us a see more

Finding the villa was hard and took us a while, hopefully they will/have added a picture of the gate and driveway to make this easier. Unfortunately the room above the kitchen (or cosy cove) doesn't have air conditioning which meant it was unusable, the other 4 bedrooms were great though. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking equipment for us to cook various meals too.
Alcudia is a short 10 minute walk away which has everything you need from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream etc. and 2 lovely cove beaches are again a short walk away (in the other direction) Overall a very enjoyable stay |

This place was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for better, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered right away even with language barrier, we never had any problems. 100% wousee more

Whilst the cottagefinca is nice there are some problems which are not in the advert .The place isn't the easiest to find ,taxi driver didn't even struggled to find it .whilst you are not far from the town if you have young children and no car it's a see more
Whilst the cottagefinca is nice there are some problems which are not in the advert .The place isn't the easiest to find ,taxi driver didn't even struggled to find it .whilst you are not far from the town if you have young children and no car it's a fair old walk and you hardly see taxis on the road by the property.If you come in when it's dark it is pitch black and there is a long driveway to the property.Pool is full of wasps and whether it was just us we were eaten alive by mosquito's even though we took precautions Also for some reason the electricity kept tripping and then come back on which was a lot the last two days.I don't want to be to negative as the property is great and the pool but this was are holiday experience.

As indicated in the advert, it is a finca, which means that it is not in the village, so it is understood that it is necessary to have your own carto have a hired transfer service. Regarding the wasps and mosquitoes, as you know, they are typical of warm climates such as those of Mallorca and especially near a swimming pool with water. The electricity problem was checked and fixed. It was a pleasure to have you as our guests, we wish you all the best. |

We had a great time at the villa, it's located close to Alcudia town centre, shops, several beaches and coves and easy access to the mountains. Everything is exactly like the photos, the garden is quite big with lots of space and the property is privsee more
We had a great time at the villa, it's located close to Alcudia town centre, shops, several beaches and coves and easy access to the mountains. Everything is exactly like the photos, the garden is quite big with lots of space and the property is private with several seating areas outside to enjoy. The main house of the villa itself is slightly older and needs a bit of TLC, but apart from that it's a good place to base yourself and explorejust enjoy the pool.

wish could give 4.5 stars. very good communication and nice property for 3 adults and one child. Had two massive thunderstorms whilst there and noticed that roof in twin bedroom leaked a lot of water. contacted the host via Airbnb and they moved us isee more

Had two massive thunderstorms whilst there and noticed that roof in twin bedroom leaked a lot of water. contacted the host via Airbnb and they moved us into another bedroom but leak still persists at the old room. otherwise a lovely stay in a very nice finca. hopefully they can sort the roof out but I imagine rain so heavy is rather rare in Mallorca usually!

Im Grunde kann man sagen das uns die Gegend gut gefallen hat und das Grundstück auch sehr gut gelegen ist.

Man kann sagen das ein sehr guter Fotograf am Werk war um diese Bilder zu schiessen.

Die Küche hatte alle Geräte vorhanden und auch funktionsfähig wobei man hier sagen muss das die Geräte auch gern getauscht werden könnten. z.b die Kaffemaschine die ca. 30 Minuten gebraucht hat um eine Kanne zu brühen. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Das Geschirr kam immer wieder verschmutzt heraus. wir reklamierten dieses und es kam auch sofort jemand. Jedoch kam dann eine Putzdame die einfach nur Salz nachschüttete welches das Problem nicht behob. Beide Toilettenspülungen sind defekt. Die Duschhalterung im Haupthaus ist defekt. Das Grundstück wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Achja es wird viel und lange in den anderen Fincas gefeiert was uns nicht gestört hat, jedoch sollte man dann dieses nicht in seine Anzeige schreiben das ab 22 Uhr laute Musik etc untersagt wird. |
