Villa Ilios is a spectacular villa with capacity for up to 16 people, designed to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea. From its balconies you can admire the blue sea and the picturesque island of Spetses, whilst its surroundings and different spaces offer privacy and comfort for families, groups of friends or couples.

The exterior stands out for its carefully designed architecture and functionality. In front of the villa is a private infinity pool with views, surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a garden with vegetation, trees, lavender and basil. The outdoor area also features a covered lounge, outdoor dining space and barbecue, creating a perfect setting to enjoy afternoons and dinners under the stars.

The villa is distributed over three levels and has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. On the main level you will find a spacious open-plan area with lounge, fireplace, dining room for eight people, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is also an office with a sofa that transforms into a double bed.

On the second level there are four bedrooms with direct access to the pool, three bathrooms and a small kitchen. The third level has two independent units, one with a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge-dining room and kitchen, and another with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge-dining room and connection to a seventh single bedroom with bathroom.
