Serenus Luxury villa is a two-storey air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate 12 to 14 persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, office,sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a guestroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.The upper floor consists of five guest rooms,one with fire place. The two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with shower/jetted bathtub combo, ladies boudoir. One of the rooms has ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower .There is also a private playroom (multi gym, treadmill, ping pong table and dart board). The last two bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with shower/jetted bathtub combo. All bedrooms open out onto large verandas with fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

The main house is only available for rent in its entirety – it is not available on a room by room basis.
