Upon entering the dwelling, on the right-hand side you will find the bright living-dining room, a spacious and comfortable space with direct access to a large front terrace, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or enjoying summer afternoons.

To the left of the entrance, a hallway distributes the rest of the rooms. The house has three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed of 1.50 m and another with two single beds of 90 cm. Two of the bedrooms have views of the garden, providing tranquillity and natural freshness. It also has a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a practical laundry area with a washing machine.

At the end of the corridor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. From the kitchen you can access the rear terrace directly.

The property also has two spacious terraces and a pleasant landscaped area with an outdoor shower, ideal for refreshing yourself upon returning from the beach. For added comfort, the house is equipped with fans and portable heaters.
